You have free shipping but it shows me that I have to pay. Why?

Due to COVID-19, we have suspended shipment to the following locations

  • Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar
  • All countries in Africa
  • All countries in South America except Brazil, and Chile
  • Ireland
  • India
  • Puerto Rico

 

I've purchased an order a few days ago and it hasn't been shipped. Why?

After you place the order, please allow 2-10 business days for processing time. This is the time we need to prepare the products, not the shipping time.


How much are the shipping costs?


We provide FREE shipping!

 

How long does it takes for the package to arrive ?

Please see the estimated shipping time below. Due to COVID-19, your order might be delayed up to one month from the estimated delivery time below.

  • The U.S : 3 – 6 weeks
  • Canada : 3 – 6 weeks
  • Europe, Asia : 2 – 5 weeks
  • Australia & NZ : 3 – 5 weeks

This is the estimated shipping time, not a guarantee. In rare cases, delay might happen and it will slow down the delivery process. We hope you understand that this is beyond our control! Signature might be required upon delivery. If nobody is at home, a notice will be left with pick up details. Please track package’s status once every few days. The tracking number can be used in your local post website (USPS for the U.S) or parcelsapp.com. If your order hasn’t arrived after the deadline, please contact your local post with the tracking number given in the email.

There was no tracking update for a month ago. Did my package get lost?

 It means that it's still in transit and this part takes a few weeks. If it took longer than 5 weeks, please contact us!

 

My tracking information says 'DELIVERED' but I didn't receive it! 

Please track which carrier from your country is responsible for the delivery. Contact them and give them your tracking information. 

Sometimes we also have rare cases that our customers found their packages by their neighbors. 

 

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order within 4 hours , we can cancel your order and refund your money!
 
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within one  WEEK OF RECEIVING (Your order number and photos/videos for evidence). In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
 
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
We don't accept exchanges, thus please compare with the size chart!

Why did I get more than one tracking number ? 

We send your items out separate because sometimes we don't have it in stock at the moment and need to prepare them.

An item is missing!

Please contact us! It could be that we've sent out the item separate because we didn't have it in stock yet.
